I bring people, ideas, and teams together to shape better products. At Visa, I lead Product Experience Design initiatives across the Americas, working with banks, fintechs, and merchants to shape payment experiences and customer journeys.

My work connects customer needs, business goals, and technology. I develop designers, partner with executives, and help teams turn research into a clear product direction.

I listen before I assume. I value different perspectives and believe honest feedback makes both the work and the team better. For me, leading means giving people the trust, support, and clarity to do their best work, while staying open to what they can teach me.

My experience spans financial services, technology, government, and global brands, including projects for Visa, ExxonMobil, USAA, the FAA, and the Pentagon. Across countries and disciplines, I bring the same curiosity: What do people need? What’s getting in their way? And how can we make it better?

I approach those questions with optimism, grounded in research and a willingness to rethink my own ideas.
